Hi! I'm Natalie; the artist and designer behind Natterboxx. Everything in this store is designed, packaged and shipped by me.
I have been an aspiring artist all my life. I spent my childhood drawing anything and everything (my favourites been Pokemon, Sailor Moon and all things Disney).
My passion took me to University where I studied Graphic Design, with an emphasis on illustration. I now design enamel pins and stationary, my other passions besides cartoons! I also do custom illustrations.

I preordered a pin, now what?
Once I have filled my preorder list I order a batch of pins from my manufacturer. You can contact me whenever you like or follow me on Instagram where I post regular updates. Thank you for your patience.
What is a pin with imperfections/seconds pin?
I will never sell pins with serious imperfections however you can get one of my pins for a fraction of the price by purchasing this option. Imperfections include dust, scratches and/or low fill enamel.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If there is a problem with your order please contact me immediately to discuss.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the UK?
Of course! I ship worldwide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be shipped 1st class from the UK via Royal Mail. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary.
